Management Intern

Role & responsibilities

*Assist in inventory management, stock tracking, and maintaining inventory records
*Coordinate with vendors for orders, deliveries, and operational requirements
*Prepare and maintain operational reports using Microsoft Excel
*Create basic presentations, documents, and creatives using Canva
*Conduct site visits as required to monitor operations and coordinate with stakeholders
*Communicate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth workflow
*Support operational planning and execution of ongoing projects
*Maintain accurate documentation, records, and operational data
*Assist in process improvement initiatives and daily administrative tasks

Required Skills -
*Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel
*Basic proficiency in Canva
*Strong communication and interpersonal skills
*Good command of spoken and written English
*Ability to coordinate effectively with vendors and teams
*Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
*Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
*Willing to travel and visit sites as per business requirements
