Management Information System Executive

The MIS Executive is responsible for managing and analysing business data, preparing MIS reports, tracking project progress, coordinating with clients and vendors, and supporting billing and invoicing activities. The role ensures accurate reporting, timely documentation, and smooth operational execution. Key Responsibilities

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
• Collect, validate, analyse, and maintain business and project-related data.
• Monitor project status and provide regular updates to management and stakeholders.
• Coordinate with clients regarding project updates, documentation, billing, and issue resolution.
• Maintain regular communication with clients to ensure timely delivery of project requirements and information.
• Create billing documents and generate customer invoices as per project milestones.
• Coordinate with the Finance team for billing status, payment follow-ups, and invoice reconciliation.
• Coordinate with vendors for quotations, purchase orders, documentation, service delivery, and invoice processing.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and confidentiality across all reports. Required Skills
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Good analytical and reporting skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of billing, invoice generation, and documentation processes.
• Good vendor coordination and negotiation skills. Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in commerce, Business Administration or related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in MIS, operations, project coordination, or business support.
