Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Management Associate to support **Formulation & Development (F&D)** activities, stability studies, quality documentation, technology transfer, supplier coordination, and procurement processes. The ideal candidate should have experience in pharmaceutical documentation, quality systems, and cross-functional coordination.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage Enovia DSM setups and maintain stability study data.

- Track Change Controls (CCPs) in Veeva Quality and ensure timely closure.

- Support Formulation & Development (F&D) and Analytical teams with batch records, technical documents, and Technology Transfer (TT) documentation.

- Create and process Purchase Orders (POs) through Coupa.

- Perform QC Soft entries for stability and raw material reports.

- Coordinate sample testing, stability sample management, and laboratory waste destruction.

- Review supplier qualification documents and coordinate with raw material suppliers.

- Maintain action logs, WIP trackers, and controlled documentation records.

- Coordinate with cross-functional teams through MS Teams, Email, and SharePoint.

- Ensure accurate documentation and timely completion of assigned activities.

Required Skills

- Experience in Formulation & Development (F&D), pharmaceutical documentation, or related functions.

- Knowledge of stability studies, batch documentation, and Technology Transfer.

- Familiarity with Enovia DSM, Veeva Quality, Coupa, and QC Soft is preferred.

- Strong MS Office, data management, and documentation skills.

- Excellent communication, coordination, and follow-up abilities.
