Job Summary

Qualification Diploma /ITI Experience: 3+ years. Level Summary: He is authorize to sign (as a doer):- Engineering GMP documents- Break down/Preventive maintenance report. - Incident and Investigation Documents. - Qualification Documents. - QMS documents review and closing.

Key responsibilities

• Maintenance management (B/D and PM) of HVAC systems.
• Consult with Manufacturer for remedial action of machine related issues.
• Effective coordination with inter departments (QA, QE, Production and Purchase).
• Ensure availability of the spares of critical equipments.
• Ensure departmental participation in Qualification activity and approval of Qualification documents.
• Handling and monitoring of BMS System.
• Participate in Technical Investigations.
• Timely initiate and closing of QMS Documents.
• Ensure Documents are maintained as per SOP.

Other responsibilities

Person is also responsible for carrying out any other responsibilities assigned from time to time verbally or in writing.
