Management Accounts-Manager- WFH

• Evaluate and analyze potential investment opportunities
• Preparation of complex financial models for the acquisition of real estate investments
• Perform detailed market analysis to determine investment strategy and business plan.
• Preparation of investment summaries to provide investment team and external partners actionable information on investment opportunities.
• Assist and lead in due diligence activities for new acquisitions
• Assist in the preparation of quarterly reporting materials for a portfolio of owned assets
• Participate in the asset manementf of a portfolio of owned assets
• Overall support of the principals in the implementation of our investment strategies and evaluation of potential investments.
