As a Managed Services - Business Analyst / Program Manager - Manager, you will play a pivotal role in delivering outsourced solutions that help organizations streamline operations, reduce costs, and enhance efficiency. Within our Assurance practice, you will focus on transitioning and managing services, overseeing delivery teams, and optimizing processes to provide exceptional service to clients. Your work will involve continuous improvement and the strategic management of delivery risk and performance. As a Manager, you will lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You are accountable for project success and maintaining standards. Enhancing your leadership style, you motivate, develop, and inspire others to deliver quality. You are responsible for coaching, leveraging team members' unique strengths, and managing performance to deliver on client expectations. With your growing knowledge of how business works, you play an important role in identifying opportunities that contribute to the success of our Firm. You are expected to lead with integrity and authenticity, articulating our purpose and values in a meaningful way. Responsibilities
- Leading the transition and management of outsourced services to enhance client operations
- Overseeing delivery teams to optimize performance and manage delivery risks effectively
- Implementing process improvements and automation solutions to streamline operations
- Managing project planning, budgeting, and execution to achieve successful outcomes
- Engaging with stakeholders to build relationships and address service delivery challenges
- Utilizing analytical thinking to identify system interactions and optimize processes
- Coaching team members to develop skills and deliver quality client services
- Embracing technology and innovation to drive continuous improvement in service delivery
- Conducting performance analysis to identify opportunities for operational excellence
- Facilitating strategic questioning to uncover insights and drive business transformation What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree in one of the following fields of study: Accounting, Finance, Commerce, Economics, or a related discipline
- At least 4 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required What Sets You Apart
- Preference for a Master's degree In at least one of the following fields of study: Finance, Accounting, Business Administration
- At least one of the following: Progress toward professional certifications such as CA, CA (Inter), CPA, CFA (Level I), or equivalent internationally recognized certification
- Strong foundational knowledge of accounting principles and financial statements
- Demonstrating proficiency in automation solutions and business process automation
- Excelling in project management and deliverable planning
- Utilizing analytical thinking to enhance business transformation initiatives
