About the Role:

• We are seeking a detail-oriented and client-focused Managed Services Executive to support enterprise clients on the Kennect platform.
• The role involves handling incentive management processes, ensuring data accuracy, and providing timely client support through close collaboration with stakeholders in industries like pharma and insurance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end system operations for clients: Perform data uploads, mapping, extraction, and validation to ensure accuracy.
• Configure and maintain the system as per client requirements.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients: Address queries via online meetings, office visits, and emails.
• Ensure timely and effective resolutions.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships by sharing best practices and driving maximum product adoption.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support client needs and deliver seamless service.
• Skills & Qualifications: Proficiency in MS Excel (basic to advanced) and working knowledge of MS PowerPoint.
• Strong data understanding, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Bachelors degree in Business / IT / related field (fresh graduates welcome).
