Manage Engine Admin

Role Summary

We are seeking a skilled ManageEngine Administrator to manage, administer, and optimize the ManageEngine suite of IT operations and service management tools. The ideal candidate should have experience in implementation, configuration, maintenance, monitoring, and troubleshooting of ManageEngine products such as ServiceDesk Plus, Endpoint Central (Desktop Central), OpManager, ADManager Plus, ADAudit Plus, PAM360, and Analytics Plus.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain ManageEngine products across the organization.
• Configure and customize workflows, forms, business rules, templates, and automation.
• Manage incident, service request, asset, and change management processes within ServiceDesk Plus.
• Deploy software patches, OS updates, and software distribution using Endpoint Central.
• Monitor infrastructure performance and availability using OpManager.
• Manage Active Directory operations through ADManager Plus and ADAudit Plus.
• Configure alerts, dashboards, reports, and notifications.
• Integrate ManageEngine applications with Microsoft AD, Azure AD, SCCM, LDAP, and third-party systems.
• Ensure security compliance and access governance across ManageEngine platforms.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and knowledge articles.

Required Skills

• Hands-on experience with ManageEngine ServiceDesk Plus.
• Experience in Endpoint Central (Desktop Central) administration.
• Good understanding of ITSM processes (Incident, Problem, Change, Asset Management).
• Knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, Azure AD, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policies.
• Experience in configuring workflows, custom functions, and automation.
• Proficiency in SQL queries and report creation.
• Experience with REST APIs and integrations.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
