Mall Manager

Role & responsibilities

• Manage overall day-to-day mall operations.
• Coordinate with tenants, brands, food outlets and service partners.
• Ensure smooth functioning of security, housekeeping, maintenance and facility services.
• Monitor customer experience, cleanliness, safety and overall mall standards.
• Manage vendors and ensure timely completion of operational activities.
• Coordinate with leasing and tenant teams for smooth business operations.
• Monitor mall footfall, revenue, events and promotional activities.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve operational issues.
• Prepare and review MIS, operational reports and budgets.
• Lead and manage the mall operations team.
• Ensure compliance with safety, security and statutory requirements.

Candidate Requirements

• Graduate / Post Graduate preferred.
• 510 years of experience in Mall Management, Food Court Management, F&B Operations, Restaurant Operations, Retail Operations or Hospitality.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Good knowledge of sales, operations, customer service and vendor management.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple teams and operational activities simultaneously.
• Candidates with experience in mall/food court operations will be preferred.
