Maintenance Technician

Responsible for carrying out day-to-day maintenance activities related to equipment, machinery, and facility infrastructure. The role involves executing preventive and corrective maintenance, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and supporting smooth and uninterrupted operations.Role & responsibilities

1.Equipment Maintenance & Troubleshooting:

1.1. Perform routine maintenance on machinery and equipment. 1.2. Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns and perform necessary repairs. 1.3. Ensure timely completion of maintenance tasks as per the schedule. 1.4. Assist in maintaining equipment uptime by minimizing unplanned downtime.

2.Preventive Maintenance

2.1.Execute preventive maintenance tasks as per the approved schedule. 2.2. Maintain accurate records of PM activities and report any abnormalities. 2.3. Support to reduce reactive maintenance by identifying early signs of wear or failure.

3. Facility Maintenance:

3.1. Report and address any facility-related maintenance or safety issues. 3.2. Assist in maintaining cleanliness, functionality, and safety of the workplace. 3.3. Conduct regular inspections of the facilitys infrastructure(lighting, plumbing, etc.).

4 Compliance & Safety

4.1. Follow all safety protocols appropriately during work.. 4.2. Report safety hazards or violations immediately to the supervisor.
