Maintenance Technician

This opening is for our manufacturing company, Glukeros Biotech, a PESO-licensed manufacturer of specialty oils, biodiesel, and petroleum derivatives. We're looking for a hands-on maintenance technician to keep our plant running safely and smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out routine, preventive, and breakdown maintenance of plant equipment
• Maintain and repair pumps, motors, gearboxes, valves, agitators, reactors, heat exchangers, and pipelines
• Perform fitting work: alignment, bearing and mechanical seal replacement, flange and gasket work
• Carry out arc and gas welding, cutting, and fabrication jobs as needed
• Detect and fix leaks in pipelines, tanks, and fittings
• Keep maintenance records and report equipment issues on time
• Follow plant safety rules, hot-work permits, and PESO safety norms at all times

Requirements

• ITI in Fitter, Welder, or Mechanical trade (Diploma is a plus)
• 25 years of experience in a chemical, oil, refinery, or process plant
• Good knowledge of fitting and welding (arc/gas)
• Able to read basic mechanical drawings
• Basic electrical knowledge is an advantage
• Willing to work in shifts and handle emergency breakdowns
