Roles and Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth operation of plant maintenance activities by supervising breakdown maintenance, preventive maintenance, and predictive maintenance tasks.
  
• Oversee daily operations to minimize downtime and optimize production efficiency.
  
• Coordinate with team members to resolve issues related to equipment failures or malfunctions.
  
• Develop and implement effective preventative measures to reduce the likelihood of future breakdowns.
  
• Collaborate with other departments (e.g., production planning) to ensure seamless integration of maintenance schedules.
