Key Responsibilities

• Mechanical & Electrical Maintenance of plant machinery.
• Handle machine breakdowns, troubleshooting & repairs.
• Plan and execute Preventive Maintenance (PM).
• Maintain motors, gearboxes, bearings, belts, conveyors, pumps, panels, VFDs, sensors, etc.
• Minimize machine downtime and ensure smooth production.
• Manage maintenance spares & inventory.
• Maintain breakdown, PM & maintenance records.
• Ensure electrical & machine safety standards.
• Coordinate with Production, vendors & external technicians.

Required

• ITI / Diploma / B.Tech in Mechanical / Electrical or relevant qualification.
• Strong hands-on maintenance & troubleshooting experience.
• Experience in Spice/FMCG/Food Processing industry preferred.
• Good knowledge of industrial machinery and electrical systems.
• Ability to independently handle breakdowns and preventive maintenance.
