- Dealing with electrical maintenance (preventive,
periodic & breakdown handling) of machines, shop floor?
administration. - Anchoring
commissioning of equipment and ensuring completion of project in minimum
turnaround time? effective resource utilization to maximize the
output. - Facilitating
planned/ preventive/ predictive maintenance of critical and non-critical
equipment. - Siemens Logic & HMI design and configuration.
- Leading
commissioning, programming, maintenance, breakdown handling of VFD?s - Reducing
breakdown, to enhance productivity, to increase MTBF & to reduce MTTR
& reducing tool cost. - Ensuring
periodic calendar & systemic chart preparation for equipment, while
implementing KAIZEN & 5s - Executing
systematic maintenance of all LT panels, transformers, breakers and
motors, all type of starters. - Plant
Automation & System Development. - Actively
involved in modification project of plant for better quality and higher
productivity.
