Key Responsibilities
Plan all the maintenance activities such as preventive, predictive & breakdown maintenance and record history of maintenance activity.
Understand/review P&ID, Isometric Drawing, Equipment drawing, Civil Foundation Drawing, 3-D Model, Plot Plan, Lay out, Equipment GA drawing etc.Working on PM & MM modules of SAP to maintain the equipment history, material reservation, Consumption, Master data management, Preparing task lists, maintenance items/ maintenance plan, task list enhancement, work order planning etc.
Piping knowledge: Pipe fabrication/erection according to P&ID and Isometric drawing, support drawings, piping specs etc.
Support CI/PI ideas within team

- Remotely support of Maintenance Planning of rotating equipment and static equipment.
Plan all the maintenance activities such as preventive, predictive & breakdown maintenance and record history of maintenance activity.

Work Experience
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering
- Strong Engineering Fundamentals
- 5-8 Years of Experience in either of the industries - (Refinery, Oil and gas, Power generation, Steel plant, Edible oil production, Big pharma industries, Mining industry, Pesticide / Agro chemical production, Marine maintenance)
- Experience in working with customers/stakeholders
- Work with team in generating process improvement and cost saving through CI/PI ideas
- Provide weekly/monthly status reports to relevant stakeholders
- In depth exposure on Process Knowledge
- Strong knowledge in Operations and Maintenance
- Expertise in Maintenance of Rotary & Static Equipment
- Expert in reading all the documentation like P& ID, Layout drawings & Isometrics
- Good written and verbal communications
