We are looking for a Maintenance Manager to lead upkeep of our manufacturing equipment and facility infrastructure, minimizing downtime and ensuring safe, reliable operations across our units.
- Plan and oversee preventive and breakdown maintenance schedules.
- Lead the maintenance team (electricians, plumbers, technicians).
- Manage spare parts inventory and vendor coordination.
- Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory maintenance standards.
- Track equipment performance and recommend upgrades.
- Prepare maintenance budgets and reports for management.
- Diploma / Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- 5+ years of maintenance experience, including team leadership.
- Strong knowledge of industrial machinery and utilities.
- Good planning and vendor management skills.
