Maintenance Manager

**Experience:** Minimum 10 years in beverage manufacturing maintenance
**Qualification:** Diploma / BE / BTech in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering or a related discipline

We are seeking a hands-on Maintenance Manager to take ownership of PET Combi / Blowing and Filling machines used in CSD and fruit-juice manufacturing.

**Responsibilities:**
- Independently diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, instrumentation and automation breakdowns to minimise downtime.
- Troubleshoot blowing, preform heating, bottle transfer, filling and capping systems, including PLC, HMI, VFD, servo drives, sensors and interlocks.
- Plan and execute preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance, machine changeovers and commissioning support.
- Supervise supporting utilities, including compressed air, RO/water treatment, refrigeration/chilling and CO systems.
- Manage critical-spares inventory, emergency sourcing and reliable OEM, service-engineer and supplier networks.
- Conduct root cause analysis and monitor machine availability, MTBF, MTTR and OEE.
- Lead and train technicians and operators; maintain SOPs, checklists and maintenance records.
- Ensure compliance with LOTO, Permit-to-Work, PPE and food-safety requirements.
**Mandatory:** Beverage-industry experience, hands-on PET blowing and filling/combi maintenance, strong troubleshooting capability, spares/vendor networking and technician training.
**Preferred:** CSD and fruit-juice experience with Krones, Sidel, KHS, SIPA, Sacmi or equivalent equipment. The candidate must personally handle breakdowns and coordinate specialist/OEM support when advanced intervention is required.
