Job Description:
TMU Hospital, Moradabad (U.P.), is hiring a Maintenance Manager to oversee hospital repair and maintenance activities and ensure the effective functioning of hospital infrastructure and facilities. Candidates with a Degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering and 3-5 years of experience, along with hands-on knowledge of hospital repairs and maintenance in Civil and Electrical areas, are encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities : - Oversee day-to-day hospital repair and maintenance activities.
- Coordinate civil and electrical maintenance work across hospital facilities.
- Monitor the condition and functioning of hospital infrastructure and facilities.
- Coordinate maintenance requirements and ensure timely resolution of repair issues.
- Supervise maintenance activities and coordinate with maintenance personnel and service providers.
- Ensure proper upkeep and maintenance of hospital infrastructure.
- Maintain records related to repairs, maintenance activities, and service requirements.
- Degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- 3-5 years of experience.
- Hands-on knowledge of hospital repairs and maintenance.
- Knowledge of civil and electrical maintenance activities.
- Good coordination and maintenance management skills.
