Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day hospital maintenance and engineering operations.
• Plan and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
• Supervise electrical, plumbing, HVAC, civil, and mechanical works.
• Ensure uninterrupted functioning of critical hospital utilities.
• Coordinate with AMC/CMC vendors and external service providers.
• Monitor equipment breakdowns and ensure timely resolution.
• Maintain maintenance records, checklists, and service reports.
• Ensure compliance with fire safety, electrical safety, statutory, and NABH requirements.
• Monitor maintenance costs, spares, and inventory.
• Supervise and guide maintenance staff and technicians.
• Support hospital audits, inspections, and emergency preparedness activities.
