Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage plant maintenance activities, including breakdown maintenance, preventive maintenance, and predictive maintenance.
  
• Oversee electrical maintenance operations to ensure smooth functioning of equipment and minimize downtime.
  
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues related to mechanical maintenance and fabrication.
  
• Develop and implement effective maintenance strategies to improve overall efficiency and reduce costs.
  
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 10-15 years of experience in plant maintenance management or a related field (CRGO).
  
• Proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously with minimal supervision.
  
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, mechanics, and fabrication techniques.
