Maintenance Manager

a. Erect and commission plant equipment and utilities

b. Execute projects as per planned time frame

c. Implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs

d. Oversee breakdown maintenance of machines to minimize production loss

e. Establish a good spare part management system

f. Implement Total Productive Maintenance(TPM)

g. Conduct regular inspections and audits for ensuring optimal upkeep of facilities

h. Reduce losses and continually upgrade equipment for improving availability of equipment

i. Analyze causes for breakdown and take appropriate actions at root cause level for eliminating recurrence of problems

j. Establish a good equipment maintenance information system

k. Oversee maintenance of utility equipment and provide uninterrupted utility service

l. Ensure equipment safety by providing poka-yokes, and interlocks

Ensure compliance as per statutory requirements

Preferred candidate profile

a. Education: DME/BE (Mech).

b. Consistent academic performance from reputed institutes

c. 15 to 25 years of experience in CNC Machine maintenance
