Maintenance Manager – Mechanical & Electrical

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage breakdown maintenance activities to minimize downtime and optimize production.
• Implement predictive maintenance strategies using techniques such as OE (Operational Excellence) to reduce equipment failures.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment by implementing TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) principles.
• Coordinate with other departments to identify areas for improvement in plant operations.

Job Requirements :

• 8-12 years of experience in mechanical maintenance or related field.
• Strong knowledge of electrical maintenance, boiler operation, compressor systems, and utility management.
• Experience with preventative/predictive maintenance practices including RCA (Root Cause Analysis).
• Proficiency in SAP Project Manager software.
