Location: Verna, Goa, India

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance to ensure maximum machine uptime and minimum production downtime.
• Ensure reliable operation of all production equipment, utilities, and plant infrastructure while maintaining safety and statutory compliance.
• Lead and develop the maintenance team, ensuring timely execution of maintenance activities and adherence to SOPs and safety standards.
• Plan and execute machine installations, plant improvement, automation, and CAPEX projects within approved timelines and budgets.
• Coordinate inter-departments to support uninterrupted manufacturing operations and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Monitor maintenance KPIs, equipment performance, maintenance costs, spare parts inventory, and ensure proper maintenance documentation and audit compliance.
