Maintenance Manager (F&B)

We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Manager to lead plant maintenance, utilities, and project activities in the Food Processing Industry.

Location: Egypt (Onsite)
Experience: 5-8 Years
Language: Arabic Speaking Preferred

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead preventive, predictive & breakdown maintenance
• Manage maintenance teams, vendors & contractors
• Oversee plant utilities Boilers, Compressors, Electrical, ETP, etc.
• Drive equipment reliability, OEE & continuous improvement
• Handle CAPEX, plant modifications & project execution
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene & quality standards
• Coordinate with clients, consultants and plant management

Key Skills:
• Food Industry / FMCG experience
• Maintenance & Project Management
• AutoCAD & Planning
• Knowledge of Food Hygiene / HACCP / GMP
• Strong vendor & site coordination
• Arabic speaking skills preferred
