Maintenance Manager- Dhule Plant

Key Responsibilities

Plant Maintenance Operations

• Plan and execute preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance schedules for machinery and equipment.
• Ensure smooth functioning of process equipment such as grinders, mixers, conveyors, granulators, crushers, acid tanks, scrubbers, rotary drum, blowers, pumps, and gearboxes.
• Troubleshoot breakdowns and implement quick corrective actions to minimize production loss.
• Monitor utilities (boilers, compressors, DG sets, cooling towers, etc.) and ensure continuous operation.

Team Resource Management

• Supervise maintenance team (fitters, technicians, electricians, welders, helpers).
• Allocate daily maintenance tasks and monitor progress.
• Train staff in equipment handling, preventive maintenance, and safety practices.

Spare Parts Inventory Control

• Maintain adequate stock of critical spares, lubricants, and consumables.
• Raise indent/requisition for spare parts as per requirement.

Documentation Compliance

• Maintain maintenance records (daily breakdown report, preventive maintenance log, downtime analysis)

Improvement Cost Control

• Analyze repeated breakdowns and take measures for permanent solutions.
• Suggest and implement modifications for energy saving, cost reduction, and efficiency improvement.
• Support projects related to plant expansion, modernization, and automation.
