Maintenance Lead Technician

Role & responsibilities

Responsible for leading maintenance activities for plastic manufacturing machinery and plant utilities. Handle preventive and breakdown maintenance, troubleshoot electrical/mechanical issues, and ensure maximum machine availability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead daily maintenance activities and maintenance technicians.
• Perform preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance.
• Troubleshoot injection moulding/extrusion machines, PLC, VFD, hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
• Maintain plant utilities such as compressors, chillers, pumps, and electrical systems.
• Ensure minimum downtime and timely breakdown resolution.
• Maintain maintenance records, spare-parts requirements, and safety standards.
• Coordinate with production and engineering teams for smooth plant operations.

Preferred candidate profile

Diploma in mechanical engineering

with minimum 2 yes experience in the industrial sector
