Maintenance Incharge

We are looking for an experienced and technically proficient Maintenance in Charge to manage the maintenance, repair and upkeep of truck mounted solid waste & liquid waste management Equipment & associated Vehicles.

Role & responsibilities

• Supervise preventive and breakdown maintenance of truck-mounted SWM & LWM equipment (Truck mounted sewer suction and jetting machines, Road sweepers, sprinklers, super suckers etc.)
• Diagnose and rectify hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical, electrical, and engine-related issues.
• Ensure maximum equipment availability and minimize downtime.
• Plan and monitor preventive maintenance schedules.
• Manage technicians, mechanics, electricians, and workshop activities.
• Maintain records of repairs, servicing, spare parts, and equipment history.
• Coordinate with operators, workshops, vendors, and spare-parts suppliers.
• Ensure proper inspection and roadworthiness of equipment before deployment.
• Monitor spare-parts inventory and control maintenance costs.
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures and maintenance standards.
