Maintenance Head | Electronics Manufacturing

We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Head to lead plant maintenance operations for an electronics manufacturing facility. The role involves ensuring maximum machine uptime, reliability, and efficiency across SMT lines, PCB assembly, testing equipment, utilities, and automation systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance activities.
• Ensure high uptime of SMT, PCB Assembly, AOI, ICT, Reflow, and testing equipment.
• Manage utilities including HVAC, compressors, DG sets, HT/LT systems, and UPS.
• Drive TPM, OEE improvement, reliability engineering, and cost optimization initiatives.
• Lead automation, PLC, SCADA, servo drive, and equipment commissioning projects.
• Manage maintenance teams, vendors, and spare parts inventory.
• Ensure EHS compliance and adherence to quality standards.

Requirements:

• B.E./B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, Mechanical, or Mechatronics.
• 12-18 years of maintenance experience in Electronics Manufacturing/EMS/PCB Assembly.
• Strong expertise in SMT equipment, automation, utilities, TPM, and plant engineering.
• Proven leadership experience in managing maintenance teams.

Preferred Industries: EMS, PCB Assembly, Consumer Electronics, Industrial Electronics, EV Electronics, Power Electronics, and Electronic Components Manufacturing.
