Maintenance Head

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Oversee plant maintenance activities to ensure optimal equipment performance and minimize downtime.
• Develop and implement effective preventive maintenance programs to reduce breakdowns and extend equipment lifespan.
• Collaborate with production teams to identify areas for improvement in manufacturing processes and implement changes as needed.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and environmental policies.

Job Requirements :

• 16-29 years of experience in mechanical engineering or related field.
• Strong knowledge of plant maintenance principles, including predictive/predictive maintenance techniques.
• Proven track record of reducing downtime through effective planning and execution of maintenance schedules.
