Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Head to manage plant machinery maintenance, preventive maintenance, breakdown handling, and overall maintenance operations to ensure smooth and uninterrupted production.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily maintenance of plant machinery, equipment, and utilities.
• Plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance schedules.
• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical breakdowns.
• Minimize machine downtime and improve equipment efficiency.
• Supervise maintenance technicians and allocate daily tasks.
• Maintain spare parts inventory and maintenance records.
• Ensure compliance with industrial safety standards.
• Coordinate with production teams for smooth plant operations.

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial/plant maintenance.
• Experience in chemical or manufacturing industries preferred.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical maintenance.
• Expertise in preventive maintenance and breakdown troubleshooting.
• Good team handling and problem-solving skills.

Qualification: Diploma / B.Tech / BE in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering preferred.
