Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and skilled Maintenance Executive to oversee preventive and breakdown maintenance activities, ensure smooth functioning of plant machinery, and minimize downtime. The ideal candidate should have experience in manufacturing plants, preferably in building materials, construction chemicals, tile adhesives, grouts, cement, paints, or related industries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of plant equipment.
• Monitor machine performance and ensure maximum equipment availability.
• Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues to minimize downtime.
• Plan and schedule maintenance activities in coordination with production teams.
• Maintain records of maintenance schedules, breakdowns, and repairs.
• Ensure timely availability of spare parts and maintenance consumables.
• Coordinate with vendors and external service providers for maintenance activities.
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment reliability.
• Ensure compliance with safety, EHS, and statutory requirements.
• Support installation, commissioning, and modification of plant machinery.

Educational Qualification:

• Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or related engineering disciplines.

• Willingness to work in shifts, if required.

Preferred Candidate:

Candidates having experience in construction chemicals, tile adhesive, grout, dry-mix mortar, cement, ceramics, paints, or other manufacturing industries will be preferred. Experience in handling mixers, conveyors, packing machines, compressors, dust collection systems, and utility equipment will be an added advantage.
