Maintenance Executive

Role and Responsibilities

1. Collecting copies & Maintaining track of Electricity & HVAC Spent for support office

2. Negotiation with vendor for AMC & other maintenance work for cost savings.

3. Tracking spends of R & M Budget Vs. Actual.

4. Tracking & Renewal of AMC contracts

5. Raising PO & clearing invoices of vendors for support office related work.

6. Changes in the office set up as per requirements

7. Ensuring all the services like water, AC , electricity is up and running as per requirement

8. Upkeep of office furniture and assets

9. Upkeep of all meeting rooms.

10. MIS excel expert in data analysis for reviewing and finding solutions.

11. Preparation with report on key impact points and coordination with finance team on budgets.

12. Coordinate with Area Admis and Store admins for supporting and reviewing the maintenance works.

13. Financial & budgets controlling input & hold on responsibility of maintenance budgets EB & R&M

14. Analyzing cost trends and prepare with action plan for budgeting with zero base working

15. Manage the budgets from identification to completion on projects.

16. Develop implement and manage the kPI of each area responsibility.

17. Work collaboratively, negotiation & engage with key stake holder to facilitate delivery & compliance with strategy.

18. Develop & maintain strong relationship with internal & external stakeholders to ensure optional performance

1. Monthly Electricity & HVAC Consumption Track

2. Monthly R&M Spent Track

3. Monthly Saving Report for Electricity & HVAC Consumption.

4. Service health report for Installed Assets in SO

Qualifications and Education Requirements

BE/ Diploma in Electrical Engineering
