Maintenance Executive

Role & responsibilities

• Monitor and ensure proper maintenance of diagnostic centres, including electrical, plumbing, civil, HVAC/AC, UPS, DG, and other facility-related systems.
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers for preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Attend to maintenance complaints and ensure timely resolution of breakdowns.
• Maintain records of preventive maintenance, breakdowns, service reports, AMC, and vendor visits.
• Ensure timely servicing and maintenance of critical infrastructure and equipment.
• Conduct regular site inspections to identify maintenance and safety issues.
• Ensure fire safety equipment, emergency systems, electrical panels, and other safety installations are properly maintained.
• Monitor AMC/CMC agreements and ensure services are completed as per schedule.
• Verify vendor work and service reports before submitting them for approval/payment.
• Maintain inventory and records of maintenance-related spare parts and consumables.
• Coordinate with centre teams to minimize downtime and ensure uninterrupted operations.
• Support new centre setup, renovation, shifting, and installation activities as required.
• Ensure compliance with company maintenance standards, safety procedures, and applicable statutory requirements.
• Prepare regular maintenance reports and highlight critical issues to management.
• Perform other maintenance and facility-related duties assigned by management

Preferred candidate profile

• Diploma / ITI / B.Tech in Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, or related field.
• 25 years of relevant experience in maintenance/facility management, preferably in healthcare or diagnostic centres.
• Strong knowledge of electrical, HVAC/AC, plumbing, UPS, DG, civil and facility maintenance.
• Experience in preventive and corrective maintenance and vendor coordination.
• Good knowledge of AMC/CMC management and maintenance documentation.
• Basic understanding of fire safety, electrical safety, and statutory requirements.
• Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and maintenance reporting.
• Willingness to travel to centres/sites as required.
