Position: Maintenance Executive
Location: Sanjan near Vapi
Experience: 3 - 6 Years

Responsibilities - Maintenance Operations: Execute Preventive Maintenance (PM) and Breakdown Maintenance (BM) activities.
- Ensure all machinery and equipment are maintained in optimal working condition.
- Maintain maintenance logs, checklists, and reports.
- Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve mechanical faults and equipment failures.
- Implement root cause analysis (RCA) and corrective actions.
- ASRS (Automated Storage Retrieval System): Perform routine inspection and maintenance of ASRS systems.
- Troubleshoot ASRS-related mechanical issues and ensure minimal downtime.
- Mechanical Maintenance: Handle installation, repair, and servicing of mechanical components.
- Monitor equipment performance and suggest improvements.
- Fabrication Work: Execute basic fabrication tasks as required (cutting, welding, fitting).
- Support modifications and improvement projects.
- BOQ (Bill of Quantities): Prepare and review BOQs for maintenance projects.
- Estimate material, labor, and cost requirements.
- Manpower Handling: Supervise technicians and maintenance staff.
- Allocate tasks and ensure work is completed efficiently.
- Ensure adherence to safety and operational standards.
- Safety Compliance: Follow all safety protocols and company policies.
- Ensure compliance with maintenance standards and regulations.
- Strong knowledge of PM/BM practices and troubleshooting.
- Hands-on experience with ASRS systems (preferred).
- Basic fabrication skills (welding, cutting, fitting).
- Ability to read technical drawings and BOQs.
- Good leadership and team management skills.
