- Preventive Maintenance Planning
- Experience in Pneumatic , Hydraulic Circuit, Electrical Circuit, Panel Wiring, PLC, Fixture Maintenance, Cylinder. Sensor etc.
- calculate and monitor energy consumption every shift.
- Implement KAIZENS and approach towards innovative ideas.
- To do maintenance of all Utility Equipments( cranes, compressors, cooling tower etc)
- Analyze breakdowns, diagnose faults and supervise time critical equipment.
- Carry out routine maintenance work and respond to equipment faults
- Fit new parts and make sure equipment is working correctly
- Diagnosing faults
