Maintenance Executive

Role & responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day maintenance and upkeep of retail outlets.
• Plan and implement preventive & predictive maintenance schedules.
• Handle AC, DG and other store maintenance activities.
• Monitor electricity consumption at stores and identify opportunities for energy/cost savings.
• Monitor and maintain spare parts, maintenance inventory and assets.
• Control and monitor maintenance, repair & manpower budgets.
• Coordinate maintenance activities for new store setup and existing store upgrades.
• Analyze maintenance-related issues, prepare reports and recommend corrective actions.
• Track maintenance performance and support continuous improvement of store operations.
• Coordinate with vendors/service partners for maintenance and repair activities.
• Ensure timely resolution of maintenance-related breakdowns and issues.

Preferred Profile

• Candidates with 37 years of experience in retail/store maintenance, facilities maintenance or commercial property maintenance.
• Strong hands-on exposure to AC and DG maintenance is preferred.
• Candidates from Retail, Shopping Mall, Commercial Facilities, Hospitality, FM or similar industries can be considered.
• Should be comfortable handling multiple stores/sites and vendor coordination.
• Good reporting, negotiation, coordination and organizational skills.
• Should be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
