Maintenance Executive | Mumbai

Role & Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth functioning and maintenance of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, civil, and other equipment across stores.
• Conduct regular preventive and corrective maintenance to minimize breakdowns and operational disruptions.
• Attend to maintenance complaints and ensure timely resolution of breakdowns.
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers for repairs and maintenance activities.
• Conduct regular store visits to identify maintenance requirements and potential issues.
• Monitor and follow up on maintenance work to ensure timely completion.
• Maintain basic records of maintenance activities, service reports, and AMC details.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company maintenance guidelines.
• Coordinate with Store Managers and Operations teams to resolve maintenance-related concerns.
• Support new store openings with pre-opening maintenance and technical requirements.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Diploma/ITI in Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, or a related technical field.
• 13 years of experience in maintenance, facilities, or a similar role.
• Candidates with experience in the F&B, Retail, QSR, Hospitality, or similar industry will be preferred.
• Good practical knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general maintenance.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve basic technical issues.
• Experience in coordinating with vendors and technicians.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to travel across stores/locations as required.
