Maintenance Engineer

Role & responsibilities

• Property maintenance - Lookup, Painting / Polishing, Seat Maintenance & Furniture up- keep, Engineering equipment's of the respective region.
• Carrying out safety audit & setting parameters for compliance of the respective region.
• Resolving the Critical Engineering Issues with the Technical Expertise of the respective region.
• Energy Management - To control the HLP cost within the unit budgets and any innovative ideas / processes to conserve energy of the respective region.
• Leveraging the vendors for effective performance and standardization.
• Repairs & Maintenance with proper approvals to be adhered without any audit queries of the respective region.
• Adhering to the training schedules and team development of the respective region.
• Supporting properties in timely submitting R&M, HLP and CAPEX budgeting as per business needs.
• Ensure all SAP related processes are followed precisely in the region.
• To keep a record and to analyze the electrical energy/power supply for various properties across the regions. Identify ways to conserve energy for the region.
• Monitoring and controlling maintenance costs across the region on a regular basis.
• Optimizes savings in energy expenses by implementing energy conservation programs.
• To coordinate and issue monthly Repairs and Maintenance expense statement to the Management, AVP - Engineering & General Manager - R&M on a monthly basis for the region
