Maintenance Engineer Engine Test Cell - Plant Maintenance

Key Skills & Technical Competencies
Hands-on experience with Siemens Software & Hardware.
Strong knowledge of Diesel Engine Testing Instrumentation and engine test bed maintenance.
Experience in PLC, CNC Systems, and Industrial PC-Based Control Systems.
Knowledge of Hoist & EOT Crane Maintenance.
Expertise in Spare Parts & Inventory Management.
Familiarity with IMS, Kaizen, 5S, and continuous improvement methodologies.
Understanding of QHSE, QMS, and EMS standards and documentation.

Key Responsibilities
Attend machine breakdowns and ensure timely restoration of equipment.
Maintain machine history records and analyze breakdown trends.
Plan, execute, and monitor Preventive, Predictive, and Planned Maintenance activities.
Develop and monitor machine spare management, inventory control, oil management systems, and maintenance budgets.
Ensure timely updating, approval, and compliance of QMS/EMS documentation.
Implement QHSE objectives, targets, and improvement programs across the assigned area.
Drive corrective and preventive actions arising from audits, incident investigations, recurring failures, and major breakdowns.
Monitor equipment performance, reliability, and maintenance KPIs to improve machine availability.
Manage maintenance-related projects, cost optimization initiatives, and continuous improvement activities.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations by investigating accidents, incidents, and non-conformities, and implementing effective action plans.
Support AOP budget planning and control maintenance expenses within the assigned section.
