• Diploma Mechanical

Responsibilities

• Hand on experience on Grinding Machine maintenance and expertise on Grinding m/c process / Maintenance.
• Hand on experience on Grinding Machine, Rolling Machine, Milling & turning Machine, Washing Machine, Assembly Line equipment, laser marking machine, Gantry, CNC based machining Centre, Induction Hardening, robots, SPM etc.
• Hand on experience on MAG m/c, FIMAT, EMAG, GH & EFD Induction hardening, NACHI, NOVA, GALA, BESTEK, IZUMI, ACE, GUDEL Gantry etc.
• Good Knowledge of Hydraulics & Pneumatic system.
• Good Knowledge of Ball screw, LM ways, Spindle, Turret, Chuck, Bearing, Gear box, Pumps, Belt, Pulley, Chain, Conveyor
• Read & Write of Mechanical, Hydraulics & Pneumatics drawing
• Good System knowledge of PM, PDM, CBM, TBM, MTTR, MTBF, Uptime, Thermography, Vibration Analysis etc.
• Good Communication, MS Office,CMMS.
