About this role
- Ensure seamless operations of all the CNC machines, assembly lines. Must have troubleshooting skills in mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic and electrical malfunctions.
- Hands on experience on edge banding machine troubleshooting skills. ( IMA, KDT, homag, Biesse).
- Handsonexperience on Schelling beam saw machines.
- Handsonexperience on drilling machines ( Router BHX,Biesse, homage, Techno winner).
- Hands on experience on Rover CNC machines.
- Should have skills on Maintaining maintenance records, managing spare part inventory.
- Must have PLC troubleshooting skills in woodworking machines.
- Hands on experience on VFDs, servo motors and switch gears.
- Mustreadelectrical and Pneumatic diagrams for troubleshooting.
- Must haveskills on Preventive maintenance and maintain records of preventive maintenance of individual Machines.
- Must have skills in preparing MTTR, MTBF and Breakdown Trend.
- Hands on experience on energy saving projects, Implement kaizens into the factory.
