Maintenance Engineer

Roles and Responsibilities

• Perform breakdown maintenance, predictive maintenance, preventative maintenance, and corrective maintenance on plant equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues before they become major problems.
• Develop and implement effective maintenance plans to minimize downtime and reduce costs.
• Collaborate with other teams to troubleshoot complex technical issues related to machine maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and industry standards during all aspects of work.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 5-7 years of experience in mechanical engineering or a related field (plant maintenance).
• Diploma/B.Tech degree from a recognized institution.
• Strong understanding of machine maintenance principles, including breakdown analysis, corrective actions, and preventive measures.
• Proficiency in using computer software for scheduling tasks, tracking inventory levels, etc.
