Maintenance Engineer

JD-Maintenance:

• Preventive Maintenance Program Develop and execute PM schedules for all critical equipment per OEM recommendations and failure mode analysis 
• Predictive Maintenance Deployment —Implement condition monitoring using vibration analysis, thermography, oil analysis, and ultrasound for early fault detection on motors, pumps, and gearboxes.
• Breakdown Minimization —Lead root cause analysis (RCA) for recurrent failures using 5-Why/FTA; implement permanent countermeasures and verify effectiveness.
• Spare Parts Management —Maintain optimal inventory of critical spares through ABC analysis, vendor coordination, and min-max replenishment to balance service levels and costs.
• TPM Pillar Leadership —Drive Focused Improvement, Autonomous Maintenance, and Planned Maintenance pillars; conduct step audits and technician certification.
• Capital Equipment Projects —Coordinate installation, commissioning, and handover of new equipment including SAT/FAT execution and operator training.
• Safety & LOTO Compliance —Ensure 100% LOTO adherence during maintenance activities; conduct risk assessments for all repair interventions.
• Emergency Response —Maintain 24/7 breakdown response capability; coordinate with production for safe isolation and rapid recovery.
• Maintenance Performance Reporting —Track MTBF, MTTR, PM compliance (>95%), backlog management, and maintenance KPIs; present in weekly operations reviews.
• Technician Development —Assess skills, create training matrices, and deliver hands-on upskilling for hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, and PLC troubleshooting competencies.
