Maintenance Engineer

Roles and Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth operation of plastic injection molding machines, including cleaning, drying, and lubricating components.
  
• Conduct regular maintenance tasks such as replacing worn-out parts, seals, and O-rings to prevent machine breakdowns.
  
• Troubleshoot issues with hydraulic systems, pneumatic systems, and electrical systems to minimize downtime.
  
• Collaborate with production team members to optimize machine settings for efficient production runs.
  
• Perform routine inspections of machinery and equipment to identify potential problems before they become major issues.
