Maintenance Engineer

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Perform routine maintenance tasks on injection molding machines to ensure optimal performance and extend lifespan.
• Troubleshoot issues with machinery malfunctions, identifying root causes and implementing solutions to minimize downtime.
• Conduct regular inspections of equipment and facilities to identify potential problems before they become major issues.
• Collaborate with production teams to optimize manufacturing processes, reducing waste and improving efficiency.

Job Requirements :

• 3-6 years of experience in machine maintenance or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of injection moulding processes and techniques.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex mechanical problems using logical reasoning and problem-solving skills.
