Maintenance Engineer

• Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of electrical equipment and machinery.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical faults in production machines.
• Maintain motors, drives, control panels, transformers, switchgear, and electrical systems.
• Inspect and maintain PLC-controlled equipment and automation systems.
• Ensure proper functioning of electrical circuits, sensors, and instruments.
• Carry out electrical installations, wiring, and cable laying activities.
• Monitor power consumption and support energy-saving initiatives.
• Maintain maintenance records, checklists, and reports.
• Follow safety procedures and electrical standards during all maintenance activities.
• Coordinate with production teams to minimize machine downtime. Role & responsibilities

Preferred candidate profile

• Diploma/ITI/B.E. in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Experience in electrical maintenance within manufacturing or industrial environments.
• Knowledge of motors, VFDs, PLCs, control panels, and electrical troubleshooting.
• Ability to read electrical drawings and schematics.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Willingness to work in shifts if required.
