Maintenance Engineer-O&M

Roles and Responsibilities :

1. Plan and execute preventive & predictive maintenance activities.
2. Investigate failures and recommend corrective actions.
3. Prepare maintenance reports, shutdown reports, failure analysis reports, and KPI dashboards
4. Timely execution of shutdown maintenance
5. Spares management
6. Cost control during maintenance
7. Coordinate with Operations, Process, Electrical & Instrumentation teams
8. Ensure compliance with safety standards, permit-to-work requirements, HSE procedures, and plant operational guidelines during all maintenance activities.
9. Coordinate with Stores for inventory management and spare parts availability.
10. Ensure all materials, tools and spares are available before shutdown commencement.
11. Support statutory inspections, audits, asset integrity programs, and OEM inspections

Job Requirements :

• 5-15 years of experience in mechanical engineering or related field (oil & gas industry).
• Strong knowledge of preventative maintenance practices (predictive maintenance) and safety compliance regulations.
• Experience with shutdown planning, execution, and post-mortem analysis; ability to analyze data from various sources (e.g., sensors).
• Proficiency in using tools such as SAPs for spare parts management.
