Maintenance Engineer-Mechanical - Automobile/Chemical-Khushkhera Alwar

Conduct preventive and breakdown maintenance of mechanical equipment.

Troubleshoot mechanical problems and identify root causes of failures.

Ensure minimum machine downtime and quick restoration of equipment.

Monitor equipment condition and performance

Prepare and implement preventive maintenance schedules.

Ensure timely inspection, lubrication, alignment and servicing of machinery.

Attend emergency machine breakdowns and coordinate repairs.

Analyze recurring breakdowns and implement corrective actions.

Maintain pumps, compressors, gearboxes, conveyors, mixers, reactors, pipelines, valves and other plant equipment.

Monitor critical spare parts and maintenance requirements

Coordinate with vendors/service providers for specialized maintenance work.

Maintain breakdown reports, preventive maintenance records and equipment history

Support ISO documentation and audits related to the Maintenance Department.

Supervise maintenance technicians and helpers and allocate daily maintenance jobs.
