About this role
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Engineer / Manager to lead and manage all maintenance activities of our integrated Cement plant. The ideal candidate should have in-depth knowledge of kiln maintenance (regular shutdown maintenance and major maintenance like change of kiln tyres, girth gear, chair pads, etc)
Responsibilities:
- Lead maintenance activities for rotary kiln, ball mills, and other utilities.
- Plan preventive, predictive, and shutdown maintenance.
- Reduce downtime
- Manage spare parts planning.
- Ensure QHSE compliance
Qualifications:
- B.Tech. / Diploma Mechanical
- 5 to 10 years experience in cement plant maintenance.
- Should have in-depth knowledge of kiln maintenance (regular shutdown maintenance and major maintenance like change of kiln tyres, girth gear, chair pads, etc)
- Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
- Should be good at man management of multi-cultural teams
