Maintenance Electrical Engineer

Role & responsibilities

1. Attend the breakdown of CNC /LTM / Washing & Assembly machines in Shifts

2. Carry out Preventive Maintenance as per the schedule to improve the life of machines

3. Hands on experience on maintenance of MAZAK/ BFW/ MAKINO/ AMS/ ACE/ CNC (HMC/ VMC)

4. Root Cause / Why - Why analysis & corrective / preventive actions

5. Expertise in PLC, Trouble shooting & CNC drives / controllers of fanuc / Mitsubishi / Siemens, industrial PCs

6. Through knowledge electrical / Electronic circuits

7. SAP Awareness for maintenance activities

8. Organize the spares for repairing (Spare Monitoring)

9. Implementation of small KAIZENs / Improvement

10. safety norms to be followed

Functional Requirement

Hands on experience through knowledge of Maintenance of CNC

Knowledge of TS / OHSAS systems & documentation

Manpower control & manpower development
